๐ชป Equal breathing : - Sit in a place comfortably - Exhale & inhale through your nose 1-2 time - Keep Breathing like this for 5-6 time while counting .ใปใ.ใปใโญใป.ใปใ.ใปใโญใป.ใปใ.ใปใโญใป ๐ชป Abdominal breathing : - Inhale deeply through your nose & fill your stomach with air. - Hold on for some seconds - Then slowly exhale & make sure your stomach clears all the air - Try this technique 7-8 times. - To fully be sure, place your hand or a book in your stomach & see how it fills in & out .ใปใ.ใปใโญใป.ใปใ.ใปใโญใป.ใปใ.ใปใโญใป ๐ชป Humming bee breathing : - Stay in a standing/sitting/or laying position comfortably - Close your eyes & relax your mouth - Take a long breath - Press your hand on your ears & keep your mouth close And breath while humming. - Do this exercise till you feel relaxed .ใปใ.ใปใโญใป.ใปใ.ใปใโญใป.ใปใ.ใปใโญใป ๐ชป Alternate nasal breathing exercise : - Sit while straightening your backbone - Place your left hand in your knee - Breath wholly. Now close the right side of your nose by your right thumb & take breath with the left side - the next turn will be totally opposite ; Close the left side of your nose by the left thumb & take breath through the right side .ใปใ.ใปใโญใป.ใปใ.ใปใโญใป.ใปใ.ใปใโญใป ๐ชป PMR/ Progressive Muscle Relaxation - Sit or lay down comfortably - Inhale & exhale deeply 5 times - Curl up your toes as tightly as u can. Hold on for some moments & then release em' - Press your both knees together as tightly as you can. Hold on for some moments & then release em' - Hold onto the muscles of your sitting position Hold on for some moments & then release em' - Clasp your both hands tightly. Hold on for some moments & then release em' - Straighten your arms as tightly as you can & then curls it up. Hold on for some moments & then release em' - Hold onto your waist & thigh muscles tightly. Hold on for some moments & then release em' - Curl up the muscles of your stomach & back. Hold on for some moments & then release em' - Take a breath & consolidate your chest. Hold on for some moments & then release em' - Consolidate your shoulder & take it near your ears. Hold on for some moments & then release em' - Supress your both lips tightly. Hold on for some moments & then release em' - Close your eyes tightly. Hold on for some moments & then release em' - Raise your eyebrows upwards. Hold on for some moments & then release em' - Furrow your eyebrows & press those muscles tightly. I've never tried the humming bee breathing That's fun! And it nicely/whitenoise blocks out all the sounds around me. But it's super annoying i can't hum while breathing in ๐น๐น
