Dieting tips from someone who lost 30 pounds in 5 months!

Stop overeating or emotional eating! 1. Before grabbing food or a snack ask yourself do I need this? Or do I just want this? 2. If you don’t need it or just want it then put it out of sight. 3. If you are hungry grab some food that is healthy and will fill you. Don’t start under eating! 1. It’s even worse to start under eating than to overeat. If you stop eating your metabolism will slow down. 2. Plan times to eat and set an alarm. 3. Plan what you eat that is healthy and filling that you also enjoy. Fallow the 80 and 20 rule! 1. Eat 80% body food that is filling and healthy. 2. Eat 20% soul food. Food that you really enjoy like a candy bar or popcorn. Just make sure it’s not too much!
