โ‹†หšเฟ” START YOUR JOURNEY BY BUILDING A ROUTINE ๐œ—๐œšหšโ‹†

( ๊ฉœ แฏ… ๊ฉœ;)โญโœง We all know that a routine is key to achieving our goals. But sometimes, common mistakes make us give up sooner than we should. I listed what I noticed every time I failed sticking to a routine, based on my own experience. Hereโ€™s what to avoid: --- โœฆ ๐‘ด๐‘ถ๐‘ป๐‘ฐ๐‘ฝ๐‘จ๐‘ป๐‘ฐ๐‘ถ๐‘ต? ๐‘พ๐‘ฌ ๐‘ซ๐‘ถ๐‘ต'๐‘ป ๐‘ต๐‘ฌ๐‘ฌ๐‘ซ ๐‘ด๐‘ถ๐‘ป๐‘ฐ๐‘ฝ๐‘จ๐‘ป๐‘ฐ๐‘ถ๐‘ต ๐‘ฉ๐‘ผ๐‘ป ๐‘ซ๐‘ฐ๐‘บ๐‘ช๐‘ฐ๐‘ท๐‘ณ๐‘ฐ๐‘ต๐‘ฌ Relying on motivation alone can be fleeting. Build discipline to keep going even when motivation fades. Motivation is like a toxic ex, it comes and goes as it pleased while discipline is your best friend, always there to kick your butt when you feel down. โœฆ ๐‘ฎ๐‘ถ๐‘ฐ๐‘ต๐‘ฎ ๐‘ญ๐‘น๐‘ถ๐‘ด 0 ๐‘ป๐‘ถ 100% Take it one step at a time. Trying to do everything at once is overwhelming and unsustainable. Add little by little some step to your routine. Every week reevaluate the quality of your routine and adjuste it as you please. โœฆ ๐‘ช๐‘ถ๐‘ท๐’€๐‘ฐ๐‘ต๐‘ฎ ๐‘บ๐‘ถ๐‘ด๐‘ฌ๐‘ถ๐‘ต๐‘ฌ ๐‘ฌ๐‘ณ๐‘บ๐‘ฌ'๐‘บ ๐‘น๐‘ถ๐‘ผ๐‘ป๐‘ฐ๐‘ต๐‘ฌ Find what works for you instead of mimicking others. Your routine should fit your unique lifestyle and needs. We're all different and unique and so should be our routine. You can get inspired by celebrities if you wish to but if you feel better doing less, then do less. I personally keep my routine simple and sustainable as I am a student so it gives me more time to do other things in my day. โœฆ ๐‘ต๐‘ถ๐‘ป ๐‘ฉ๐‘ฌ๐‘ฐ๐‘ต๐‘ฎ ๐‘น๐‘ฌ๐‘จ๐‘ณ๐‘ฐ๐‘บ๐‘ป๐‘ฐ๐‘ช Set achievable goals. A realistic approach makes it easier to stick to your routine and see progress over time. The point is not to have endless steps in your routine because that might discourage you from keeping going. โœฆ ๐‘ป๐‘ถ๐‘ถ ๐‘ด๐‘ผ๐‘ช๐‘ฏ ๐‘ซ๐‘ฌ๐‘ป๐‘จ๐‘ฐ๐‘ณ๐‘บ Overcomplicating your routine can make it harder to follow. Instead of writing "9:00 -> brushing teeth. 9:05 -> shower. 9:50 -> brushing hair", just add a block from 9 to 10 am saying "bathroom time" or "getting ready" as an example.
