Growing Without Envy
You are not in competition with anyone but yourself, remember that whenever you feel threatened by other people's achievements, to be inspired by their success is beautiful but to be threatened, is not. When you're envious and hate being outgrown, other people's achievements anger you, but just in case you haven't noticed the more you anticipate other people's failure, the more you fail instead. So the next time you wish somebody to fail, expect to watch your own failure. You won't wish anybody to fail if you're confident, and you won't be in competition with anyone, if you're focusing on your own growth : ) ~ missluna
