Between school, work, or just life's ups and downs, 𝚜𝚝𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚜 can creep in and make everything feel a bit overwhelming. But you know what? We're in this together!🌿 So-𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙤𝙛𝙛, let's acknowledge that feeling stressed is completely normal~Life can throw so much at us, and it's easy to feel like we're juggling too many balls at once. Inhale for four counts, hold for four, and exhale for four, It sounds simple, right ??but it works wonders to calm those racing thoughts more than u can imagine ~ 🍵 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙖 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙡𝙚>>Plan a time for your tasks !You're asking why??..it's simply bcuz ,It helps to break things down into manageable chunks. Plus, checking off tasks feels so satisfying!🪄✨️ 🍵 𝙏𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙨 ,Don't forget to step away for a bit. Whether it's a short walk, a dance party in your room, or grabbing a snack, those little breaks can recharge your energy ,mate!🐈‍⬛ 🍵 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙨- Sometimes, just chatting with a friend can lighten the load ~ 🍵𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚, YEAH YOU HEARD IT! Movement is key!
