You're fat, brown, or black, it's okay! It's not a shame!!! Don't think on things you can't change. Work on improving the things you can. Of course, you're not dumb; you just haven't tried. Take care of what you already have, not what's unchangeable. Work out, eat well, and take care of your skin. Study hard. Don't do it to make them proud; do it for yourself. Do it for your future. Don't regret the past or worry about the future. Live in the present. Do it now for a fantastic future. Remember, failure doesn't define you.
