Recognize that sometimes we fall of task, but there is no reason to be hard on yourself. It happens, but we can always refocus and start the task again. =͟͟͞͞ ⬤ Be sure to also give yourself breaks when working. Working for hours on end is usually not effective, so try to schedule and work in short bursts of 30-45 minutes, and then have a few minutes to stand up, stretch, and get your eyes off your computer. ◇A few more things that can help- stay hydrated, eating healthy meals and sleeping properly play a huge role in our focus. Try to give yourself adequate hours of sleep each night, and choose healthy snacks when your hungry. =͟͟͞͞ ⬤ Lastly, find and use motivation however you can. There are no hard and fast rules on what motivates people, but whatever you need to find to motivate yourself- go for it Listen to music, take a walk before, etc. Try things that give you the drive to keep going! ◇And finally, remember that the pain or pleasure of what you do does not remain, but the pride or shame does.
