Nature walks, camping, and picnics are all great ways to connect with the natural world. Even things like starting a garden, or just taking a few minutes each day to enjoy the sound of the wind, animals, and birds is a great start to being in tune with earth. Additionally, another way to align with nature is to try and incorporate more natural products/food into your life. Try planting your own food, or shopping for locally grown food. Try using natural cleaning products in your home. connecting with nature can be as simple as taking your shoes off and feeling the earth on your bare feet.
