Tips for good concentration
Ik a lot of time we try to retain with our concentration but we can't So for that I thought of sharing few tips on this Cause I am going to study now 🙃 ●TIPS 1. Eliminate Distractions – Find a quiet workspace, turn off notifications, and set boundaries with people around you to minimize interruptions. 2. Use the Pomodoro Technique – Work in focused intervals (e.g., 25 minutes) followed by short breaks (5 minutes) to maintain mental clarity and prevent burnout. 3. Practice Mindfulness & Meditation – Regular mindfulness exercises help train your brain to focus better and reduce mental clutter. 4. Get Enough Sleep & Exercise – A well-rested mind and regular physical activity improve cognitive function and attention span. 5. Stay Hydrated & Eat Brain-Boosting Foods – Drink enough water and consume foods rich in omega-3, antioxidants, and protein to enhance brain function and sustain energy levels.
