โœฆ Have you ever felt overwhelmed, guilty for resting, or stuck in an endless cycle of procrastination โ†’ burnout, SAME. I used to either overwork myself to exhaustion or procrastinate until I felt horribleโ€”no in-between. But recently, Iโ€™ve found a way to stay productive, focused, and balanced WITHOUT feeling drained. Hereโ€™s how Iโ€™m managing my time smarter, not harder. Instead of planning every minute, I now use a time-blocking system that allows for flexibility. โœ” Prioritize 3-5 key tasks daily โ†’ Instead of overwhelming to-do lists. โœ” Morning & evening anchors โ†’ Non-negotiables like prayer, studying, and journaling keep me grounded. โœ” Time-blocking โ†’ I set dedicated slots for deep work without micromanaging every second. WHY THIS WORKS: Structure helps avoid chaos, but flexibility stops burnout. Instead of forcing myself to be productive when Iโ€™m drained, I plan my tasks based on my energy levels. โœ” High-energy? โ†’ I tackle harder tasks like studying or deep work. โœ” Low-energy? โ†’ I do lighter tasks like organizing notes or reading. WHY THIS WORKS: You get MORE done with LESS stress by working with your energy, not against it. I realized that not everything on my to-do list is equally important. โœ” 80% of results come from 20% of actions. I focus on the tasks that ACTUALLY move me forward (e.g., active recall for studying instead of passive reading). โœ” If a task doesnโ€™t matter long-term, I cut it or minimize effort. WHY THIS WORKS: You donโ€™t need to do everythingโ€”just the right things. Instead of wasting time scrolling mindlessly, I have a dopamine menu for intentional breaks. โœ” Instead of social media โ†’ I read, journal, stretch, or take a walk. โœ” Instead of binge-watching โ†’ I listen to a short podcast or call a friend. WHY THIS WORKS: These breaks recharge me instead of making me feel worse. โ–ช๏ธŽโ–ช๏ธŽโ–ช๏ธŽใ€‹ Change your life with a dopamine menu: https://dreamfora.page.link/1ruCyFpJT6fkboE7A ๊’ท๊’ฆ๏ธถ๊’ท๊’ฆ๏ธถ เน‹ เฃญ โญ‘๊’ท๊’ฆ๊’ท๊’ฆ๏ธถ๊’ท๊’ฆ๏ธถ เน‹ เฃญ โญ‘๊’ท๊’ฆ๊’ท๊’ฆ๏ธถ๊’ท๊’ฆ๏ธถ เน‹ เฃญ โญ‘๊’ท๊’ฆ โœง ๐Ÿฑ. I used to feel bad for taking breaks or resting. Now, I remind myself that: โœ” REST is PRODUCTIVE โ†’ It prevents burnout & makes me more efficient. โœ” If Iโ€™m exhausted, I let myself rechargeโ€”without guilt. WHY THIS WORKS: You canโ€™t pour from an empty cup. Using time isn't really a good approach if you're chaotic person tbh. It's better to have a list of tasks for day without getting it pinned to time, so you could finish it at any time, but set reminders and block phone for 30 minutes at some time, like, 6 PM, so you could get ready for work.

Hi! I would love to understand what you mean by 'using time' for a chaotic person! Are you referring to my 1st tip on time-blocking deep work sessions only rather than your full schedule? I appreciate your comment trying to help tho, thanks!

  • ํ”„๋กœํ•„ ์ด๋ฏธ์ง€profile_imageoldiebutgoldie2304

Yeah, referring to first tip. Some people can't really work regularly with "time-blocking" stuff, so it's better to focus on progress not time, i think.

I totally agree! For those people, I'd definitely recommend keeping a simple to do list rather than a detailed schedule to reduce stress and provide more flexibility as u mentioned! (For clarification I mentioned you should only time block deep work sessions, like studying or so and not ur full schedule!) Thanks again though๐Ÿ’–
