Never overwhelm yourself with unachievable and unrealistic goals.🤏 Just do little each day if you feel overwhelmed so that you could stay on track and still complete your goals.⛳️ 🏆Level down : At times , you may feel tired doing much more than what you can do. At those times , you have to decrease the level of your work or studies , so that you can keep doing it. Then you can increase little by little when you are ready.⬇️ 🏆Prioritise everytime: At times when you feel so overwhelmed, prioritise what's important and do it first so the rest could wait.
