if you planning on joining let me know ;) i did change the plan a little so that it’s more effective. -120 oz water a day - alternate day fasting - 1000 calories on your eating days - walk 10k steps a day - stretch for 30 minutes, dance for 30 minutes, and pilates/strength for 30 minutes -no junk food or refined carbs after the 8 weeks challenge i’ll post a long-term maintenance plan that’s MUCH EASIER 😅 that plan is what i do now that i’m maintaining. Also I’ll be sure to post recipes and motivation for those who decide to follow this 8 weeks challenge. okie that’s all! lemme know if your joining this challenge loves🥰 DISCLAIMER: please don’t participate in this if you are already at a good weight. it is very extreme and only a short term plan 💕
