    Girl, that is not healthy at all, 500kcal is like barely 4 apples. To loose weight you actually need to eat good food and nourish your body, as well as exercise. I'm a nursing student, I'll give you a tip, don't focus too much on the calories, just be aware of what you are eating, don't eat junk food. Your meals should have carbs, protein, fiber and healthy fats (as avocado for example). And here's the thing, if your goal is to loose fat, you are going to do a light cardiovascular exercice, everyday for at least 30 minutes (like just walking at a nice rithym, not even running) thats how you get your body to move all the fat!! Beauty please, dont belive all the crazy diets that promise you fast results with little effort. Just to make sure, I will explain a little why eating 500kcal is crazy. Idk how old you are, but belive me, a body that doesnt eat at least 1000kcal a day cant do nothing, your body will think that you are in a situation of starvation and WILL NOT BURN FAT because it will think that you will need it for later BECAUSE YOU ARE STARVING GURLLL 😭😭😭 so yes, then you will get to the point where you are going to eat like crazy because in situations like that your brain puts on surviving mode, and when you eat, your body is going to completely convert every carb you eat in fat, because "this can maybe be the only thing we are going to eat, because we are starving, so better keep it". Look I could say 8487362872 more things about how that diet is not going to work but i will shut up for once. PLEASE if you have any questions you can ask me, but dont do that to yourself and PLEASE dont rely too much on the internet for such topics.     THAT IS SO CUTEEE THANK YOU!! ( I am 18) I wanted to actually start the 500kcal today cause i want to lose 10kg, but if I won't lose fat with this diet then it is actually.. really useless. Thanks again for making me rethink that. So to make it clear. U say i should eat 1000kcal but clean food and a little walk a day for like 30 minutes, right? That is how i lose fat fast?? Umm.. so do u have any more tips, cause i wanna lose fat really quick. Especially on my waist area. 😭

    heyy sooo, responding to your other comment (doesnt let me respond to it) heyyyyy hahah we are the same age btw!! you say you wanna loose 10 kg, that is great!! depends on your genetics you can loose them easer or not. Well, loosing weight is really not that easy and I cant really give you more "tips" just explain how it works. 1000ckal was just really an example, you would actually need more to fuel your body, although i wont judge you for eating less if you really wanna loose weight fast. There is something called Harris/Benedict equation that can help you know how many calories you should eat in a day to be healthy according to your weight, hight and age, i reccomend you to do it and see what it says!! When you know it, you are going to substract -500kcal to it (maybe 600kcal but i dont reccomend more than that) and then you have a healthy calorie deficit. Eating clean is veeeery important too, just avoid sodas, junk food, everything procesed like with way too much sugar. Other than that every food is great if its well equilibrated, eat your fruits, vegetables to help with intestinal transit and drink water. Have a nice sleep schedule too. Along with the eating process it is REALLY IMPORTANT that you exercise your body, yes, at least 30 min walking will make the fat start burning, but notice the START, burning fat is a long process that your body makes so give it a try and do like 60 or 50 minutes to see faster results. With all of this implemented in yout day, along with a healthy lifestyle you can loose up to 1kg a week, and most important you will be loosing it in a healthy way, and even more important, you will be loosing FAT, not water weight, not muscle, fat. Another thing is that you cant really decide what part of your body will be loosing fat, youll loose fat overall so nothing promises you a nonexistent waist sadly. I actually have a final of nutrition and dieting in 2 weeks so im very excited to share this topic HAHSHAHSH

    Work your body, be healthy and most important LOVE IT bc our bodys do a lot of things and they are amazing, we are litteraly in our best years so lets work hard to have that healthy body (and a tiny waist).
