
500KCAL DIET TO 1000KCAL DIET / DAY 1
Heyy, So i was told that the 500kcal diet is not good to lose fat. And because I wanna lose fat i will eat about 1000kcals a day and do a little cardio. And i want to eat healthy... clean healthy foods. No sugar, less bread, less milk. I know milk is good, but it makes my belly bloat ...and i dont like it because i heard there is blood from cows inside of cowmilk. 🤮 I think that is disgusting to be honest. But i love my coffee with milk so i will drink oatmilk as an alternative. PROGRESS: Today in the morning i weighted myself and i was 59.8kg My goal weight is 50kg. 9.8kg more to go! 🙃 KCALS: ☕️-For brakfast i had a coffe with oatmilk =20kcal 🥤-For lunch i had a Energie drink zero, and a cola zero =16kcal 🥗-For dinner i had following: 3 boiled eggs = 247kcal 2 BIG salads =30kcal With "light dressing" =193kcal Bread= 100kcal A lot of popcorn (no salt, no sugar) =97kcal 2 coffes with oatmilk = 20kcal 1 zero Energie drink = 11 kcal DAY 1: 734kcal 👍 ...I know it is not a lot and not healthy, but i am really full and can not eat anything else rightnow, or else my stomach will explode. 🤷♀️ I also walked for like 20minutes today as a lil cardio.
