Get control of urself and analyse the triggers take ur time and ask ur self "Did I relate this situation to a past experience which traumatized me? " "Is there a insecurity behind these thoughts? " "this person did something that triggered something from the past? If yes, then how do I heal from it ?" 🍀one PRO TIP IS to keep asking urself 'why' Until u reach to the root cause and the conclusion 🍀take some time to reconnect to urself and although it's good to communicate with ur friend try to figure out things on ur own.
