How I spend the weekends

8:00am--wake up and mediate 8:30-9:00am--drink water and have some fruits 9:00am-10:00am---clean ur room and watch something good for a while 10:00am--1:00pm---study session 1 with 45/15 rule(45mins study, 15mins break) continue till 1pm 1:00pm-3:00pm---rest 3:00pm-6:00pm---study session 2 6:00pm-8:00pm---workout and shower after 8:30-10:00pm--study session 3 10:00pm---rest and go to sleep after an hour! Repeat

    Meditation TIPS -Sit somewhere with less distraction and noise -Play meditation or healing music from YT -repeat some affirmations, thank god, and be in gratitude.. Pray for urself
