Clearing the mind
Many times, we feel a lot of stress and tiredness and our mind is totally busy, and we feel drowned, let me tell you that all the ups and downs are part of our growth process so do not judge yourself and do not feel bad for feeling this way, there will always be a window in which we can breathe; MEDITATION READ WALK WRITE DOWN HOW WE FEEL IF IT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD TALK IT OVER WITH SOMEONE TAKE A REST (it can be sleeping if that helps you) Be alone and if you can do each of the above things, scream, dance, cry, watch a sad or happy movie why not, release all the accumulation of things that make us feel heavy, it is necessary and your body and mind asks you, do not feel bad for a day rest, talk helps, I hope this is useful, it is something that at the time I would have loved to hear or read to release.❤️🩹🫂
