How to sleep quickly???
1. Establish a consistent sleep schedule and try to go to bed at the same time each night. 2. Keep your bedroom cool, dark, and quiet. 3. Exercise during the day to help tire yourself out at night. 4. Avoid caffeine and alcohol late in the day. 5. Try relaxation techniques, like deep breathing or progressive muscle relaxation. 6. Turn off all screens at least one hour before bedtime. 7. If you can't seem to fall asleep, get up and do something relaxing for a while, then try again. Hope it helps!!!!! Bye 👋
