Has someone who struggles with sleep, here are tips to help you all sleep!

1. Be in a quiet, cool, relaxed environment at least an hour before bed! 2. Do something that calms your brain like art, reading, writing, etc. 3. Reflect on things that happens during the day or think about some good memories and experiences. 4. Turn off all devices at least an hour before sleeping time. 5. Listen to some calming relaxing music or sounds that clam you. 6. Eat healthy and drink enough water. 7. Sleeping medicine like magnesium or melatonin may help!
