How to stay calm during exams

I don’t study much, but my calmness maximizes the results. Here's how you can do that too: ☘️ NO REGRETS (don't waste time on thinking what would've happened I you had studied a bit more) ☘️ LESS EXPECTATIONS (or else you’ll be nervous) ☘️ TRUST YOUR INTELLECT (That's the only thing you can rely on if you don’t have a decent preparation) ☘️ DEEP BREATHS (helps you stay relaxed) ☘️ PRIORITISE SLEEP (6hrs) ☘️ TAKE CAFFEINE IF SLEEP-DEPRIVED (you don't wanna feel sleepy during exams) ☘️ NEVER ATTEND WITH AN EMPTY STOMACH (you need energy) ☘️ CARRY/WEAR A WATCH (be mindful of time) ☘️ CARRY NECESSARY SUPPLIES (increases confidence) ☘️ DON’T RELY ON CHEATING (you can't go far with that) Overall, Life has its ups and downs. So do exams. However, you must not think about anything else during exams, such as: ❌ How will my parents/peers react if I don’t do well? ❌ What should I do after this exam? ❌ I wish I had studied a bit more! ❌ What answer is my friend writing? ❌ How shall I cheat without getting caught? ❌ Is the teacher looking at me? ❌ How do I look right now? You MUST focus on your question and answer sheet only. Don't expect/try to cheat. That doesn’t help in the long run. Good luck!!
