I always have been a calm and cold blooded person in looks. According to my classmates, if the whole school caught fire I would be watching it while drinking coffee. But inside my body there is always a storm of thoughts which makes focusing harder and harder for me. But this post is not about me, it's about the friend who sits besides at school, it's about people we consider them "weird", "angry","selfish","too happy","depressed"and etc. please don't judge them just because they look like it, only god knows what they have been through, or they are experiencing right know. Thank you.

I have experienced this.. People always judge me by my looks
True
I mean, I would drink coffee while the school is burning down. There's no benefit to panicking. Set aside your feelings, calm down, get out of the situation, and let those feelings out later. It expresses emotional maturity. If people judge you negatively, it says more about them than they do about you. They wouldn't judge you harshly if they had exercised empathy to begin with. The problem is within them, not you. No need to worry.
