𝙎𝙤, 𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙞𝙥𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙮𝙤𝙪 🤍✨ ❀ 𝕀𝕕𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕚𝕗𝕪𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕪𝕠𝕦𝕣 𝕖𝕞𝕠𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕤 - The first thing is to identify your feelings/emotions, what are you feeling and why are you feeling that way, It might sound scientific but it's important because if you don't know the cause/reason then how are you supposed to find the solution/answer, so you must know the how and why of your feelings/emotions, okay. - It might happen sometimes that it's difficult to find the cause/reason or maybe there's no cause/reason but the tears keep falling, the anger just keeps growing, then it might be because of nervousness or some uncomfortable feelings, if it's like this you can try chanting for example 'I am strong', 'Believe in yourself [name]', it's not the time to cry, it's time to be strong again', 'It's alright, don't listen to them [name]', 'I know you can do it [name]', 'It's your life [name], only you can choose how you want to spend it', this might sound like you are comforting someone else and it's true because you are comforting your soul, mind, they are just different people inside you, you should know how to comfort yourself and I hope that this chanting method will help you. 𝙽𝚘𝚠, 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚏𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚍 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚌𝚊𝚞𝚜𝚎 𝚋𝚞𝚝 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚊𝚕𝚜𝚘 𝚗𝚎𝚎𝚍 𝚝𝚘 𝚐𝚎𝚝 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚜𝚘𝚕𝚞𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗, 𝚛𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝!✨ ✿ 𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Parents might not understand you, people might not understand you but maybe a piece of paper would, so just write down your feelings, emotions, thoughts, burdens, things that are bothering you, making you uncomfortable, doodling your thoughts, maybe. It's also better to keep a personal dairy where you could write everyday and keep a track of yourself because if you can't tell anyone else about your difficulties, then write it, make that paper your friend, it would understand you, give you a sense of relief. ✿ 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 - Your good memories might help you feel better but if it's the past that's you are sad about, then it might hurt you even more but do you really think it's worth to be sad about the time which has already passed away, No, definitely not! You can't be hung up on the past that's just you torturing yourself, it's not worth it, so, just let it go, cherish the beautiful future and live the present fully, don't worry about something that has already happened. ✿ 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Try taking to yourself whenever you feel like you need someone to talk with but you don't have to someone, then talk to yourself! After all nobody can understand you better than you but don't do negative self- talking, do postive self-talk, encourage yourself to be strong and not fear anything, try that! ✿ 𝐃𝐨 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 (𝐡𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐬) - Doing something you like will make you less focused on the bad things and maybe also enjoy yourself a bit. ✿ 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Try to Meditate, it will help you feel inner calmness and increase your positivity and health. ✿ 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜 - Why? Because music is really helpful when you are a bit emotionally unwell, it soothes you. 𝙰𝚗𝚍 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚖𝚘𝚜𝚝 𝚒𝚖𝚙𝚘𝚛𝚝𝚊𝚗𝚝! ✿ 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 - Life is a challenge, life has challenges and that is what makes it life! You have to face the challenge bravely, challenges are what makes life fun, you have to find the solution to your problems because no problem is without any solution, if there is a problem there will surely be a solution, think that whatever problem you are having is just a challenge and it had to come even in the future, it's just a bit early. You are getting stronger! Remember problems will come but they will also go, everyone will have to suffer at some point of life, it's just the time and the yk, that after the rain comes the rainbow, so I am sure that after these problems and suffering, joyous days will come. Life was never easy, everyday when you wake up and see the sun, you just know that you survived, you are getting stronger, it's okay to cry, it's okay to get angry, it's okay to feel nervous, you are a human being after all but make sure that your emotions and feelings don't get so overwhelming that you won't be able to make the right choice, that you will be blinded by them and lose yourself, make this life worth it! 🩷 Don't lose who you are, you are yourself 🌷🪻 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒉 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆 🌷 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨!     You don't know how much this means to me. Fr. Thank you so much, I feel that I am happy already, because I express my feelings in papers and copybooks. Fr now, I have problems expressing my thoughts, more than feelings, which made me communicate less with people, and I'm rebuilding it, but it's hard (I'm affirming it's easy).
