5 Tips to Stop Procrastination

This chunking can help you get started on a task and stay focused by reducing the intimidation of continuous work. 3️⃣ Use the small steps technique : For large projects, divide them into small, achievable steps. By starting with small actions, you reduce the initial pressure and make the task more accessible. 4️⃣ Analyze your habits : Identify procrastination patterns. What makes you put things off? By understanding these habits, you can better control them. 5️⃣ Manage stress and guilt : Accept that everything will not be done in one day.
